List and briefly describe the Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives undertaken during the period covered by this Report. a)Initiative: Sponsorship of a Job Fair This employment group, Great Scott Broadcasting Delmarva Stations, sponsored the annual Ocean City Chamber of Commerce Job Fair on March 1, 2008 in Ocean City, Maryland. Several stations in the employment group each aired dozens of broadcast announcements about the Job Fair to publicize it to the community. General Manager participated in the Job Fair to meet potential job candidates and inform them about the range of possible employment opportunities with the station. b)Initiative: Stephen Decatur Middle School Career Day The WOCQ morning show attended the Stephen Decatur Middle School Career Day on January 16, 2008 and spoke to students about careers in broadcasting, the skills required to the radio station equipment, and the daily duties of the morning show participants.
